Is checked on local client, set to download everything Cached Exchange Mode is unchecked on the RDS using Outlook 2010 Why is there an issue with the local client? On the RDS that same shared mailbox shows all folders like it should be. We also use RDS for every user and we still have Outlook 2010 running configured with our new 365 setup, no problems here. Mailbox shows up in their local Outlook client but its not syncing all folders? So in the control center I set 'Full Access' permission for these users. In exchange online I converted this to a shared mailbox since 4 people need access to it in our organization. We recently migrated from Exchange 2010 to the whole package of Office 365. I've been struggling with this one for a couple of days.
